 " Story of College Activities at NEUST "

              

When I first joined college activities at NUEST Philippines, it felt like opening a new page in my life. Everything felt foreign—the language, culture, even the weather was different. But that's where all the stories began.

The first days on campus were full of curiosity and a little nervousness. However, I slowly began to find my rhythm. I met friends with various characters who felt very different from the friends I had in Indonesia. We shared stories, cultures, and laughter. They were not only friends, but also a second family that made my days more colorful.

So there was one day when I was there I participated in lecture activities, which was on Friday. It was the same as my study program there, I also studied in the Sports course, there I was also invited to join in playing Volleyball and Basketball. The NUEST campus itself is amazing. Every corner has a story. From the clean canteen, the quiet library full of learning resources, to the beautiful campus park, the soccer field / stadium which is my favorite place for my sports activities while enjoying the beautiful sunset every afternoon as well as a place to chat casually while enjoying the afternoon breeze. I also had time to participate in several student activities that opened up opportunities to develop myself and learn directly from the international environment.

During my studies here, I learned many new things—not only from the lecturers in class, but also from everyday life. Starting from how to communicate across cultures, adapting to a different education system, to how to face challenges as a student from out of town.

The experience at NUEST really opened my eyes. That learning is not only about academics, but also about getting to know the world and yourself more deeply.
